If you’re here because something in your system feels overwhelmed, triggered, or pulled out of the present moment, take a breath with me first. Nothing needs to be solved right now. You don’t need to understand what’s happening or make it stop. When the body is in distress, the most important thing is to slow the moment down and create enough safety to be here together. This space is for people whose nervous systems have been carrying more than they were ever meant to carry alone.

For a long time, I didn’t know there was anything wrong. I lived disconnected from my body, constantly dissociated, anxious and low without having language for it. I thought this was just how life felt and that my job was to function, fit in, and try harder. At twenty-five, my body collapsed under that weight. What followed was a period of intense disorientation, flashbacks, and what I later understood as a dark night of the soul.

While searching for answers, I came across the work of Teal Swan and was introduced to the Completion Process. After my first session, something I had never experienced before happened. I felt seen. My nervous system settled. For the first time, I felt safe inside myself. That experience changed the direction of my life. After months of receiving sessions, I chose to train in the Completion Process, and I’ve been holding space for others in this work since 2016.

What the Completion Process works with?

The Completion Process is a trauma-informed modality that works with the nervous system, not just the mind. It weaves together inner child work, parts work, somatic awareness, guided imagery, and future-oriented experience. Rather than analyzing what happened, it focuses on allowing the body to have the experiences it needed but never got to fully complete.

Sessions are experiential. They work with sensation, emotion, impulse, and imagination in a way that the nervous system can recognize and respond to. This is why the process can bring regulation and relief even when insight alone has not been enough.

If you’re curious about the underlying mechanism of how imagined experience creates real physiological and neurological change, you can read a short experiential explanation here.

What it looks like to work together:

Our sessions take place online over Zoom. A standard session is 90 minutes, which allows enough time to arrive, work somatically, and integrate without rushing. On rare occasions, if something particularly intense is unfolding, I prioritize nervous system safety over the clock and allow space for proper grounding before closing.

My approach is slow, attuned, and trauma-aware. We work with consent and pacing, focusing on regulation and safety before depth. Nothing is forced. We follow what your system is ready for, moment by moment.

You can begin with a complimentary discovery call to feel into whether this work and my approach are a good fit for you. From there, you may choose to book single sessions or work together through a package of sessions, depending on your needs and capacity.

Who is this for:

I work with adults (18+) of all genders and sexual orientations, and I welcome clients from the LGBTQIA+ community.

This is for people who:

  • experience intense triggers or flashbacks

  • are ready to engage in somatic, body-based work

  • are seeking regulation and integration rather than quick fixes

This is not for people looking for:

  • catharsis without integration

  • spiritual bypassing

  • urgency-based or performance-driven transformation
